Check out this blog piece below on Rockstar Games LA Noir game that's release date is still TBA. From all accounts this game will be an interesting new direction from the folks at Rockstar games. Detective work, mystery, seedy 1940's LA rendered in its true
" beauty " to scale. Looks like this could end up being a truly interesting title.

PlayStation Plus: Required for Hulu Plus?
PlayStation Plus: Required for Hulu Plus?
PlayStation Plus: Required for Hulu Plus?
Hulu Plus won't be available to PS3 owners without a PlayStation Plus subscription, which costs $50 per year or $18 per month for three months.

Hulu Plus may cost a bit extra - the price of a PlayStation Plus subscription, actually - when the service comes to Playstation 3 in July, according to some language hidden in one of Hulu's Web pages.
I stumbled upon the evidence when double checking that neither Sony nor Hulu had acknowledged the other's subscription service. Hulu did announce upcoming support for PlayStation 3, but a lack of details made me wonder why PlayStation Plus, which launched Tuesday, wasn't mentioned at all; some sort of deal for PS Plus subscribers seems like a no brainer. (If you're not caught up on either of these services, by the way, see Harry's post on Hulu Plus or Sony's rundown of PlayStation Plus).
Just to be sure I didn't miss anything, I did a quick Google search, and found this (see the second result):
The text of the second result comes from the page source of Hulu Plus' device page, and appears in Google's search results even though it doesn't show up on the website itself. "The instructions below will help you install Hulu Plus on your PS3," the hidden language says. "Note: you must be a subscriber of the PlayStation Plus Network."
The next few lines describe a "PlayStation 3 Activation Procedure," in which you go to the PlayStation Store and redeem a download code that lets you install a Hulu Plus application. View my screen grab of the page source if you like.
So it looks like Hulu Plus won't be available to PS3 owners without a PlayStation Plus subscription, which costs $50 per year or $18 per month for three months. That seems like a raw deal, considering that Netflix doesn't cost anything extra on the PlayStation 3 (it does require an Xbox Live Gold subscription on Xbox 360, and Microsoft has already confirmed that the same rule will apply to Hulu Plus when it arrives on Xbox 360 early next year). Still, it's not clear whether PS Plus subscribers will get a deal on Hulu content, or if it costs the same $10 per month as everyone else.
I've pinged Sony and Hulu for clarification and will post an update if I hear anything.
Update: Apparently, the text is not hidden to people who already have a Hulu Plus preview invite, as one Kotaku reader reported after reading about our coverage. If that's the case, I'm not sure why Hulu or Sony PR haven't said anything.

Paint The Town Red……………….WITH BLOOD!
If Sergio Leone ever got into the video game business, Red Dead Redemption would be it… This game has about anything “The Man With No Name” would want...
Picture this… You’ve had a long day cramped up in a cubicle and want to unwind by riding on horseback around the Wild West after you put the kids down for the night… You can do that… The scenery in this game will immerse you deeply and seems like itnever ends… Often I’ll find myself riding across the plains just staring at the stars and listening to the coyotes howl…
On the other hand, if you’ve had a long annoying day at work, maybe the boss getting on your case a little too much, you can wreak havoc to your hearts content… There’s an endless amount of shenanigans you can get yourself wrapped up in and an ample selection of weapons do help you “release tension”… Cannons… GOT ‘EM… Gatling guns… GOT ‘EM!!! Dyno-mite… Yep, it’s there too(It happens to be a favorite of mine!)…
I haven’t played much of the single player campaign yet, I’m more of a multi-player kinda guy, so I’m going to focus on that aspect… In my opinion, the greatest thing about this game is when you “Posse up”… When the 33rd Posse is on the prowl, we’re unstoppable… Team up with 4 or 5 of your friends and take the fort at El Presidio and the fun never ends… Cannons destroying everything in sight while your bounties increase always leads to the others in the game taking notice and coming to collect the bounty. How can that be a bad thing??? It’s only a bad thing for someone foolish enough to try to collect!!!
It’s not only the people you’ve gotta look out for while exploring… If you’re not vigilant, don’t be surprised if you become something’s dinner… I won’t bore you by listing all of the critters that you’ll run into, but let’s just say there’s a lot of variety…
Rockstar Games also provides a lot of variety when it comes to characters that you choose… If you want to be a Native American and seek revenge for pale face taking your land, you can do that… If you want to be a lawman, gang member, or even if you’ve always wanted to know what it was like to be a “lady of the night” in the old West, they’ve got that covered too…
I guess what I’m trying to say is, quit being such a “posse” and saddle up…
If you’re a fan of the GTA series and Spaghetti Westerns, this is the game for you…

Pre-Order Socom 4 @ Gamestop and Get Extras
That's right, Alleged street date of 12/1/2010 has been announced for Zipper's Socom 4 and if you pre-order from Gamestop, ( I did today ) you get exclusive content featuring Abandoned and Super M90 Shotgun. To order yours click here.
In the 33rd we are all excited with the notion that this game is on the horizon. There is some skepticism that Zipper is going to make it, " too mainstream " and otherwise F it up. Blackwido88 or SUKMYTURBAN has been updating regularly again on youtube and seems to share the opinion that Zipper is going release a big pile of... oh well you know.
In any event, I am rambling. I love this franchise and yes I believe from what I have seen on youtube about this will not be our fathers socom so to speak. With that said I feel that it will be a good title. I know most are hoping for a great title but only time will tell. As the release date draws closer there will be the closed beta which I plan on trying to be a part of. Sony is looking to make this game front and center of it's new Move Controllers and I am luke warm at best on that notion but still look forward and anticipate Socom 4's arrival
I look forward to updating this blog more frequently and look for some guest contributors over the summer.
